Your Mission

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the Marketing Sales team, driving multimedia revenue and cultivating strong client relationships. You'll work with existing and prospective clients, identifying their unique needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions that achieve results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Your Pipeline: Develop a robust multimedia revenue pipeline by leveraging various sources. Manage your territory or vertical, regularly contacting clients and uncovering new opportunities through cold-calling.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Communicate effectively to capture clients' attention. Use pre-call analysis to understand their needs, build rapport, and turn key accounts into loyal multimedia customers.
  • Discover Client Needs: Engage with decision-makers to uncover their needs, create urgency, and establish strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Position Solutions: Present short- and long-term marketing solutions that address client needs using our client’s diverse digital and offline portfolio.
  • Close Deals: Handle objections, tell compelling stories, and secure long-term agreements. Set clear client expectations to maximize upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Exceed Expectations: Use reporting tools to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations, supporting client success through data-driven decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent the product portfolio as a trusted sales professional within your territory.
  • Conduct field and telephone sales, booking appointments and proposing multimedia solutions.
  • Maximise marketing spend in your category by increasing business from key accounts and sourcing new opportunities.
  • Develop multimedia revenue streams through proactive outreach, including re-engaging lapsed customers and identifying new leads.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and build goodwill.
  • Expand your client base by managing your territory effectively and analysing competitor activity.
  • Plan and execute sales calls to nurture relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Consultants to identify and capitalize on digital marketing opportunities.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of marketing solutions and complete relevant training programs to stay ahead of industry trends.
